Ingredients

  • 1 apple (I use gala)

  • Cinnamon

  • Gluten free granola

  • Dairy free ice cream or greek yogurt (for added protein)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2. Slice the apple and lay the pieces evenly on a pan or baking sheet

3. Sprinkle apple slices generously with cinnamon

4. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until a fork easily goes through the thickest slice (baking time will depend on the thickness of the apple slices)

5. Place desired amount in a bowl, top with granola & ice cream

6. Enjoy!!
